Fancy that...

Also, if you drink a bottle of wine while making welsh cakes, they come out all weird shapes!

And if you drink another bottle of wine as you are eating them then you don't care what they look like... or taste like.

The Welshcakes were very nice. Discovered that they are even nicer if you add a tablespoon of honey when you are mixing it all together.

I realised last night that it's a bad sign when you think other people in the house have been drinking wine when they haven't. (I believe that means you are drinking too much, too fast.) But hey... that's what cookery is all about.

Today though, just got back from swansea (Oystermouth castle and surrounding area). Was beaten by Cath at crazy golf! (humph). Ate a tub of Joes Ice cream (mmmmmm...), and just got back and mowed the lawn (pant, gasp). excelent.

Now i'm off outside fot the rest of the day to relax in the hammoc and drink banana milkshake! (Maybe even read, but am not keen on reading outside coz the sun makes the book pages bright...) Rock on!

p.s. this comment is longer than some of my blog entries! oh well...
